Karolina is the Financial Controller of The Path Entertainment Group. She began her career in finance in MAMA Group Plc where she first was part of Artist Division, working closely with artist managers and music producers, then moving to Live Division and preparing accounts for Mean Fiddler Presents event promotion company.

For two years, she worked in a private practice for a portfolio of clients in a range of sectors, including financial services, design, consulting, PR etc. Most recently, Karolina was a Financial Controller for G-A-Y Group and Heaven(London) Ltd, and then for chain of restaurants Comptoir Lebanese.

Karolina is ACCA qualified and has MA in Finance and Accountancy and BA in Marketing and Management from the University of Economics in Poznan, Poland.
